Any additional accounts identified will be closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the Member may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You must notify mdg178 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
mdg178 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require you to submit copies of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. mdg178 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
KYC documents submitted to mdg178 are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are never shared with third parties except where required by law or our licensing obligations.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses issued by mdg178 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. Only wagers placed with real-money funds count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

A bet may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement beyond 72 hours, verified technical error in odds publication, force majeure events, or where both teams or participants are directly affiliated in a manner that compromises competitive integrity.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, where one or more selections within the parlay are voided, those selections are removed from the parlay and the remaining selections stand. The parlay odds are recalculated accordingly. A parlay with only one remaining selection after voidance is settled as a single bet.

The Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection principles. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
